Recurring Creator Perks: Build a Roster of Regulars

Updated November 1, 2026

A standing offer is a perk that repeats every week for your roster of regular creators, like a free table every night or brunch every weekend. Creators on the roster claim an open night themselves, without waiting for your approval. You get steady visits and content without posting a new gig each time.

Which places standing offers suit

They suit places with the same spare capacity every week, where what you give costs you less than it's worth to the creator. For example:

  • Clubs and bars: a free table with mixers Thursday to Saturday, early in the night before it fills up.
  • Restaurants and cafés: brunch for two every weekend, or dinner on quiet weeknights.
  • Attractions: weekday tickets that would otherwise go unsold.
  • Hotels and spas: treatments in slots that are usually empty.

When you post a gig, the Schedule step has three options:

Standing offer for your rosterYour roster (and others, if it's visible to everyone)Roster members are confirmed at once; others wait for you

If you haven't worked with creators before, start with a one-off gifted gig, then bring the ones who did well onto a roster. See gifted vs paid vs collab.

Build a roster

  1. Open Rosters and tap "New roster". Give it a name your team gets, like "Friday regulars", and a line on who's on it and why.
  2. Add creators by searching an @handle or name on the roster page, or tap "Add to roster" on a creator's profile while browsing Find creators.
  3. Add a note for your team, like "great with night shots" or "likes the terrace". Only your team sees it.
  4. Tell the creator yourself that they're on the roster and what the offer is, in the chat from a gig you did together or wherever you already talk.

You can have several rosters, say Friday regulars and brunch regulars. Good roster members are people who already came on time and posted as agreed, or verified creators who live nearby. If you delete a roster, standing offers that use it stop taking claims until you pick another one.

Set the schedule, spots and auto-accept

Post a gifted gig, say clearly what you give and what you'd like back per visit, then in the Schedule step choose "Standing offer for your roster":

  • Days: pick days of the week, e.g. Friday and Saturday.
  • From and Until: in Bangkok time. If it runs past midnight, it ends the next morning.
  • Spots per night: e.g. 2 tables a night. This is where you control the cost.
  • First and last date: optional, if you want it to run open-ended.
  • Roster: which roster gets the offer.
  • Roster members are accepted automatically: they claim a night and it's confirmed.
  • Who can see it: "Only your roster" or "Everyone". With Everyone, others can apply, but you accept them yourself.

Once it's live, the gig's Dates tab shows the next 14 days and how many spots each night has had claimed. If you're closed one night or have a private event, tap "Cancel this date". Creators who booked are told right away, but cancelling less than 4 hours before the start counts as a venue no-show on your public page.

Ngaan limits how many perks or visit gigs each creator can claim per week, across all venues. It starts at 3, rises to as many as 7 when they reliably show up, drops to 1 if they don't, and resets every Monday, so habitual no-shows can claim less. On your side, you control volume with spots per night and who's on the roster.

Door check-in with staff accounts

A standing offer only works if the people at the door know who's coming tonight. Give your staff their own accounts instead of sharing the owner's.

  1. Invite staff to the team in Settings → Team: pick the "Door staff" role, tap "Create invite link" and send it on LINE or by email. The link works for 7 days.
  2. Staff open Door check-in and see today's list, who's bringing a +1 and how many have arrived. The list runs from 6am to 6am, so a night that goes past midnight stays on one list.
  3. Scan the creator's pass with the camera, type the code, or tap Check in. Or print the Venue QR for the door so creators scan it themselves. It doesn't expire, and only creators booked with you can check in.
  4. Tap "Perk given" once they have the table or the meal.

Door staff only see today's list and scan check-in QR codes; they can't read chats. Admins post gigs, pick creators, chat and mark payments.

Check the weekly board, then upgrade your best regulars

On your dashboard, the This week board shows day by day who's coming, who came, who posted and who was a no-show, with links to the posts we found, a flag when a post is missing its ad disclosure, and a filter for each gig. On the roster page, each member has their visit history with you, with the status and any post found.

  1. At the start of each week, open last week's board and see who came and posted, and who came but hasn't posted yet.
  2. Nudge anyone who hasn't posted in chat; some just aren't past their deadline yet.
  3. Take repeat no-shows off the roster and give the spot to people who turn up.
  4. Upgrade the ones who did great work. Tap "Upgrade to paid gig" on the board (for gifted visits) or in a roster member's visit history. It opens a direct hire for that creator; you add the fee and the deliverables.

To see whether a standing offer pays off, read how to measure creator campaign results. If you serve alcohol, remember creators must be 20 or older and posts can't show alcohol brands. See our alcohol advertising rules.

FAQ

›How many times a week can a roster creator claim?

Ngaan limits how many perks or visit gigs each creator can claim per week across all venues. It starts at 3, moves between 1 and 7 with their reliability, and resets every Monday. How many spots each night has is up to you.

›Can creators who aren't on my roster see the offer?

Not if it's set to "Only your roster". If it's set to "Everyone", others can apply, but they wait for you to accept them; only roster members are confirmed straight away.

›Can I cancel the offer for one night when we're closed?

Yes. In the gig's Dates tab, cancel just that date and creators who booked are told right away. Do it early: less than 4 hours before the start counts as a venue no-show.

›Do my staff need the owner's account to check creators in?

No. Invite them to the team as door staff. They only see today's list and scan check-in QR codes, with no access to chats or other settings.
