Got questions? 💬
Why is it free right now?
We're building up verified creators in Bangkok first, and we want venues and creators to try it for real.
Is there a fee on gig payments right now?
No. Businesses pay creators directly; the money doesn't go through Ngaan.
When will you start charging?
It isn't decided. When it is, we'll announce it on this page before we charge.
